How do I pay?
We accept checks made out to Universal Herbal, Inc. We also have the following cashless payment options available for your convenience:
Alt Thirty-Six: UUsing Alt36 is so easy, just select it as your payment method during checkout. Our Customer Service team will send you a link to pay for your order. First-time users will need to create a new account and add a funding source.
The Vault APP: Another user friendly way to pay. The Vault App accepts Visa and Mastercard as a funding source. First time users will have to set up an account by going online or downloading the app. Once that process is complete, the Customer Service team will send a link for payment.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns: Any unopened or defective products can be returned within 24 hours for a full refund or credit
for another product (this can be used immediately or saved for a later purchase / customer service
needs to be contacted within 24hours of your order). A Customer Service team member will find the
best way to issue your refund or assist in picking out a replacement product.
Exchanges: If the product is unopened it can be exchanged for another product at the same price. If the quality was not up to standards, then we can offer a discount on your next purchase. *Requests for any Returns or Exchanges must be made with Customer Service within 24 hours of the purchase.
How do I place my first order?
Go to pineappleexpress.com and enter your zip code. This will pull up the minimum purchase order and menu for your area. Select the items you would like to order and go to Checkout. Once on the Checkout page you will need to enter your information (name, address, email, birthdate, picture of govt issued ID, and Dr Recommendation *optional*). Your information and order will be sent to our Customer Service team. If there are any issues with your profile or order, you will receive a call from our team of experts to resolve the issue. Otherwise, you will receive a text notifying you of the driver’s ETA. You can also live chat with our Customer Service team through the website or call/text us at 310-455-8180.
I am a returning customer, what options do I have for placing an order?
Go to pineappleexpress.com and enter your zip code. Select the items you would like to order and go to Checkout. Once on the Checkout page, you will be able to log into your account by entering your email address and password. If this is your first time logging in and you have not set up your password yet, select the forgot password option. Enter the email used to place your first order. You will then receive an email to reset your password. Now you can log in anytime to place your order. You can also live chat with our Customer Service team through the website or call/text us at at 310-455-8180.
Do I need an account set up before I can place an order?
Yes. By setting up an account you will be able to quickly place your order without the need to enter all your information every time.
I am a NEW customer. How do I set up an account online?
There are multiple ways to set up an account and we are here to help you every step of the way.
Option 1 – WEBSITE
- 1. Find your favorite products on our website and add them to your shopping cart
- 2. Once you are done shopping click the “Checkout” button
- 3. If you are a new customer click New customer? Click here to register
- 4. Enter your information on the registration form.
- 5. You will need a picture of your current ID – be sure to upload that during this process.
- 6. Click the “Register” button and you are all set!

Option 3 – EMAIL
Send a picture of your Government Issued ID (passport is acceptable), Dr Recommendation (if you have one), your delivery address and phone number (and *optional* what you would like to order) to our Customer Service team at email@example.com.
I am already a customer; how do I log into my account?
Go to pineappleexpress.com and enter your zip code. Select at least one product and go to Checkout. Once on the Checkout page you can log into your account. You can continue shopping by clicking the back button to get back to the menu page (this will not log you out of your account).
How long will my order take to arrive?
What is the difference between the Express Menu and the Scheduled Menu?
Express Menu: delivery within a couple of hours - 50+ Select Products.
By Appointment Menu: Later or next day delivery - 100+ Premium Products up to 40% off delivery would vary depending on when the order is placed. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered between 2-4 hours. Orders placed after 2pm can be scheduled for anytime the following day. A member of our Customer Service team will call you to discuss your options.
Can I contact my driver directly?
Yes. You will receive an automated message letting you know when the driver is on the way. You can call or text that number and it will get forwarded to the driver. Please only contact the driver directly for driving instructions. If you have concerns about your order, please contact the Customer Service team
I need to leave for an emergency, but my order is on the way, what should I do?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you will not be available at the time of delivery. If your delivery is already on the way, please call Customer Service at 310-455-8180 so they can re-route the driver and reschedule your delivery.
Are the cars marked? Are the drivers discreet?
Our vehicles do not have any logos or advertising and our drivers have a simple uniform of khakis and a plain black polo shirt.
Am I able to change my mind or add to my order once the driver is already here?
Of course. You will need to call Customer Service and they will assist with any changes to your order. While our drivers do carry extra inventory with them it is not as robust as a full walk in dispensary so options may be limited when adding to your order.
What should I do if I realize my order is wrong and the driver has already left?
Call Customer Service as soon as possible and let them know what happened so we can resolve the issue right away.
How does the rewards program work? How do I view/redeem my rewards points?
You will receive a text message after every order letting you know how many points you have after your
current delivery (1 point per $1 spent). You can click the link in the text message, and it will take you to
your points page. You can add this to the homepage on your phone for easy access. Click on the rewards
button (bottom left) to see and use rewards. After redeeming your reward, you will receive a discount
code. You can enter this code on the checkout page and Customer Service with be sure to add the
discount to your order.

Can my friend receive my order?
The person who places the order must be the one to receive it. If your friend would like to receive an order they will have to sign up as a customer. Once they are registered we can transfer the order to your friend.
What is Contactless Delivery and how does it work?
Contactless Delivery is a new option being offered during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have added extra safety precautions for our customers and drivers. All drivers are required to wear a mask during delivery. The driver will sign on your behalf (to avoid touching the phone) and leave the package at the door (after confirming customer's identity).
