If you have been following the news coverage of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) you know that it has been officially declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization and Governor Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency in California.

And during this time of heightened precaution, more customers are skipping the dispensary and choosing to purchase though a cannabis delivery service. With that in mind, we want to take this opportunity to share what we are doing to add an additional layer of protection.

Pineapple Express’ promise to our customers is to deliver the safest, most convenient and most enjoyable experience possible. We do this by providing the highest-quality, legally-compliant, lab-tested cannabis delivered directly to your door.

Since this promise extends beyond our product offerings, we are taking precautionary measures internally by implementing the CDC’s workplace best practices. We are also taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our staff and customers and are asking for your help in limiting exposure by doing the following:

  • Our fulfillment team will be wearing gloves and face masks when preparing and bagging your order.
  • We are sanitizing our handheld devices both before and after each transaction.
  • We are asking customers to limit cash purchases use electronic payment methods when possible.
  • Drivers may be wearing gloves and face masks when delivering, and are routinely sanitizing high-touch areas inside their vehicles.
